Overview
In one week, we handled port agency for three DOF vessels in Las Palmas — Skandi Herra, Skandi Jupiter, and Skandi Mercury.
We coordinated clearances, berthing and day-of operations so each vessel could turn efficiently between assignments. Treating the three calls as one combined project kept communications, documentation and vendor coordination consistent across the week.

Three vessel calls in a single week.
With only days between arrivals, every clearance, berth request, and vendor booking had to be confirmed in advance. Small slips in timing could ripple across all three calls, adding cost and delays.
Vendor complexity
Bunkers, provisions, waste & customs.
Each vessel required a mix of port services, all supplied by different local vendors. Coordinating bunkering, deliveries, and regulatory inspections in overlapping time slots meant constant communication.

Permits and clearances synchronized.
Every call generated its own stack of permits and customs declarations. Aligning paperwork across three vessels ensured authorities and stakeholders had consistent information without duplication.

Unified planning
We built one master schedule covering all three calls. Handover points, berth requests and inspections were pre-sequenced, so each arrival slotted in without rework or idle time.
Shared vendors & comms
A single supplier roster handled bunkers, provisions and formalities across the week. Daily check-ins aligned timing, quality and documentation with short weather and berth windows.
Pre-clearance packages
Permits and customs paperwork were compiled and pre-approved ahead of arrival. Consistent templates per vessel reduced duplication, sped up quay operations and cut last-minute surprises.
